How to Use Meeting Intelligence
1. Activate Meeting Intelligence
Start the recording via the menu bar or the settings before your meeting begins.
2. Conduct Meeting
Conduct your meeting normally. LazyLips runs invisibly in the background.
3. Stop Recording
Stop the recording after the meeting. The AI immediately begins processing.
4. Protocol in Apple Notes
After a few seconds, you will find the finished, structured protocol in your Notes app.

Do other participants know that I am recording?
No. LazyLips works completely locally on your Mac. No bot joins the meeting and no notifications are sent. However, please observe the legal regulations regarding recording in your country.
Why don't I hear the other participants in the recording?
You must give LazyLips permission for "Screen & System Audio Recording". Go to Apple System Settings → Privacy → Screen Recording and enable LazyLips.
Can I also record in-person meetings?
Yes, Meeting Intelligence also works for in-person conversations — it then only uses your microphone. For system audio (Zoom, etc.), screen recording permission is required.
